Conditions for Remittance of Fees


  • Fees are payable in 4 equal instalments in June, September, December and March.
  • Fees must be paid to the office before 2 p m on all working days
  • Fees shall be paid without late fee on any working day from the Ist to the 10th of the month. After the 10th, a late fee of Rs.25/- will have to be paid along with the tuition fees.
  • Failure to pay the fees by the last working day of the term with result in the removal of the student’s name from the rolls of the school without intimation. The re-admission of the student will be at the discretion of the principal on payment of a re-admission fee of Rs. 250/-
  • Parents have the option to pay the fees for the whole academic year in advance.
  • Students applying for TCs during the course of the academic year will have to pay full fees for the entire term irrespective of the month in which the withdrawal takes place
  • No student will be allowed to sit for the terminal or final examination, unless all the dues have been paid up to date.

Recommendation to Parents


  • Please make sure that your ward comes to school in full uniform even if it is for a short duration and for any purpose whatsoever.
  • Please ensure that your wards reach school on time
  • Withdrawal of children from classes during school hours is not permitted except in the case of an emergency
  • Please inform the class teacher when there is a change in the address/ Telephone number.
  • Please attend all the face to face Parent-Teacher meetings that are held periodically
  • Please ensure that the child is regular in doing the home work/ Assignments, etc., and devotes time and attention to studies at home.
  • Senior boys are not allowed to sport a beard or moustache. They have to be clean-shaven. Please ensure that your wards confirms to this.
  • Please note that mobile phones, CDs, cameras and articles other than Study materials seen in the possession of your ward will result in Confiscation of the article and immediate suspension.
  • Kindly avoid criticism of the school and the teachers in the presence of your wards.
  • Please go through the progress reports issued periodically and take Remedial steps.
  • Kindly return the progress cards within 3 days of its receipt.
